John, confirming our
telephone conversation today, I just wanted to let you
know what a great job Quality Pools did in the remodeling
of our pool. Both Ann and I are very happy with the
finished product. The pool looks absolutely beautiful.
Before picking Quality Pools, I interviewed four other
pool companies before choosing Quality Pools and I just
wanted to let you know how much I appreciated some of your
employees that I had contact with. Nick was my Sales Rep
and we could not be happier with his professionalism and
service. He was always willing to answer any question
that I had. And I know I presented not only Nick, but your
other workers with a lot of questions!
I would also like to
say how happy I was with your workers. They were
professional and always willing to answer my questions.
John, there is another person on your staff that I want to
mention and that is Denise. Denise is probably the main
person I went to when I had a question. She was always
willing to take the time to either answer my question or
get back to me. I can not tell you what a value that was.
I travel a lot in my job and with the cost of remodeling a
pool I really wanted to stay on top of things the best way
I could. Denise was most valuable to me during the
remodeling time. She really kept me abreast of the
schedule and next steps. I usually talked with Denise a
few times a week if not a few times daily but never once
did she make me feel that I was a bother. John, again,
thanks to Quality Pools for a job well done.

In this day and age, outstanding service is often taken
for granted. Several years ago, I purchased a home and
Quality Pools and Spas remodeled our very outdated pool.
Remodeling a pool is stressful to a homeowner. But your
staff and workers were superior. As you know, this is a
time-consuming process that never finishes soon enough for
the homeowner. Your back yard at times looks like a war
zone! However, when the job is done, all you can do is

Dear John,
My wife, Barbara, and I had our pool remodeled by Quality
Pools back in 2007. This is our second home and the work
was completed while we were still residents in the
UK. We now reside permanently
in California. The pool was designed by Rob, although we
never saw any of the remodeling work, apart from
photographs that Rob sent to England
at its various stages. We appreciated being kept up to
date and were interested and excited to see its progress.

Dear Quality Pools,
We would like to thank you and your staff for the
excellent pool you remodeled for us. The remodeling was
completed in a very efficient and professional manner,
which we really appreciated. We would like to specifically
mention a couple members from your staff that we had
frequent contact with, Indri and Jamie. Both individuals
were extremely professional, courteous and efficient. We
really appreciated Indri's regular calls to inform us of
next steps. Jamie quickly responded to all issues and
ensured the entire remodeling process was completed
efficiently and to our liking. We’d like to thank them
both for making the process much easier than expected.
I’d like to also mention an unsolicited comment for your
company that came from an Orange County Electrical
inspector. As he was inspecting the electrical components
of the system he mentioned that the work was extremely
well done. He mentioned one plastic hose that should be
moved further from the pump to reduce the possibility of
heat damage. When he was looking for the permit to sign,
he noticed the Quality Pools & Spas logo and said: “Of
course, I should have known it was Quality Pools, they
always do great work.”
Thanks again for a terrific job on the remodeling of our
